You can cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at sarah@atticacquisition.com. Please submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. Most orders are shipped the same business day, so it is possible the order cannot be canceled, even if requested within the 24-hour window. If a label has been purchased, but the order has not yet been picked up by the shipping carrier, then you may be responsible for the shipping fees.
If your order includes pre-ordered items, it will NOT ship until all items are in stock. If your order includes pre-ordered items and items that are in stock, in-stock items will only be shipped with the preordered items upon release.
Please note, that all cancellations incur a non-refundable 10% fee for in-stock and pre-ordered items unless cancellation is initiated on our end. We may cancel any order at any time.
Orders placed using third-party software or multiple accounts will be canceled and charged the full 10% fee.
You’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for cancellation. We do not accept returns for pre-ordered items or for items that were on sale or purchased using a discount code.
