    Shipping and Delivery Policy

     

    SHIPPING and DELIVERY POLICY

    This Shipping and Delivery Policy is effective as of October 1, 2024.


    1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

    Domestic Shipping:

    • USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 Business Days): Calculated at checkout.
    • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days): Calculated at checkout.
    • Local Delivery in the Denver area (1-2 Days): $15
    • Free Local Pickup at store location 


    2. PROCESSING TIME

    Orders are typically packaged, processed, and shipped in the same business day. Occasinally orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The customer will be provided a tracking number once the label has been generated by the carrier. 


    3. CANCELLATIONS

    After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order may be canceled, but a 10% fee will be charged. If there are questions about canceling an order, please read our return cancellation policy & contact us. Orders cannot be canceled if the carrier is in control of the order. 


    4. RETURNS

    If your order cannot be canceled because it has already been processed and shipped, please contact us immediately at sarah@atticacquisition.com and open up a return request with us. Customers will be charged for all return labels & there is a 10% fee for all cancellations & restocks. We do not accept returns for products that were pre-ordered or purchased on sale or through a discount code. Returns are only issued upon receipt of the returned order.


    5. DELAYED ORDERS

    In the case of delayed processing (over 3 business days), customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.


    6. DAMAGED ORDERS

    Attic Acquisition is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


    7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Attic Acquisition is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the event you provide the wrong shipping address. If you realize you have provided the wrong shipping address contact us immediately. We may be able to reprint a label at an additional cost to have it shipped to the correct address. 


    8. LOCAL PICKUP

    We are able to accommodate local pickup and delivery in the Denver metro area. Please contact us at sarah@atticacquisition.com to arrange a meetup for pickup. We do not have a storefront quite yet so we can meet at a local public area of your choosing in the Littleton/Highlands Ranch area.
